fantastic hotel near the p&j live!
clean hotel modern room polite staff
I loved how clean and modern the hotel felt! the bed was super comfy and the room stayed quiet even with its proximity to the p&j live venue. the staff was polite and always ready to help! i thought it was good value for money. I will definitely stay again.
the hotel wanted money upfront for everything, from parking to food orders! it felt inconvenient to have to pay immediately instead of adding it to the room receipt.

the rooms were spacious and came equipped with everything needed! it was a real treat to find a mini fridge inside the room. the rooms have comfortable beds and soundproofing, so i slept soundly.

The staff were amazing. Rachel at reception gave a very warm welcome! the bar staff, including mark, liam, olivia, and sean, were great conversationalists and invented an amazing cocktail. their service greatly enhanced the stay.

Bus stops were conveniently located right outside the hotel. This made getting to and from the bus station simple. breakfast featured a great selection of food! there are walking grounds nearby, perfect for a morning stroll.

the location provided very convenient access to the conference center. i appreciated the security personnel present after the event concluded. the room included blackout blinds and a modern design.
the bathroom layout felt a little less private due to the open washbasin area.

my experience included some problems. the bar area featured limited seating. this made it hard to find a place to sit and eat dinner. THERE was a parking fine that was not explained. i believe clarity regarding parking is important.

temperature fluctuation insufficient soundproofing
the room was adequately sized and provided the necessary amenities for a short stay.
I encountered an issue with the shower. The water temperature fluctuated significantly. this made maintaining a consistent and comfortable shower difficult. furthermore , the soundproofing was insufficient. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, which disrupted my sleep.

The location was convenient for the event I attended. Security checked bookings at the door after the event ended.
I waited a long time to check in. The process required giving all my details again on paper (which seemed redundant). The bar was too busy, and it was difficult to find available seats.

Acceptable stay with some issues
limited selection poor soundproofing
The room was CLEAN upon arrival, which I appreciated.
I was disappointed with the breakfast. The selection seemed limited and not very appealing. there was noticeable noise from other rooms. I could hear conversations and movement quite easily, and it disrupted my sleep. Better soundproofing is NEEDED!!!

efficient staff modern convenience adequate parking
the staff members were particularly helpful and efficient. i appreciated the modern conveniences in the room. adequate parking was available, a definite plus. the butteries were a good surprise.
the heating and air conditioning controls lacked clear instructions. i had to ask an engineer for assistance.

the hotel is in a great location near the event i attended. the proximity allowed for a quick walk to and from the venue, a benefit i greatly appreciated after a long day. it was very convenient.
